We can undoubtedly call Roman Pokorný one of the best contemporary Czech guitarists with an overlap far beyond the borders of our republic. The inventive composer and charismatic singer is a fixture of our program. The winner of the Andel Music Award in the Jazz & Blues category proves how inspiring the combination of jazz technique with blues feeling can be. This time they will perform with Blues Box Heroes, a group playing blues crossover. Well-known blues standards and original songs by Pokorný will be heard. In conjunction with Michito Sanchez's percussion, this ensemble promises an extraordinary musical experience.
