Půljablkoň – Christening of a new CD

Půljablkoň is the latest project of the front man of Jablkoň Michal Němec and young singer and owner of an outstanding voice Marie Puttnerová (Jablkoň, Zvíře jménem Podzim, Cymbelín, Ondráš). They’ve created music which is, as usual, moving restlessly between genres. Their new album is called Světelné léto / One Light Year (Galén). It’s their second album of songs in a row and we can spot on Půljablkoň’s poetic and intimate face some new, slightly raw features with an impish playfulness, as if some offshoots of the original Jablkoň started to grow from it. Moreover, the vocals and music of these two protagonists are enriched by other famous instrumentalists: Michal Nejtek (AGON, NTS, Face of the Bass, Pavlíček and Trio), Jan Jirucha (Bucinatores, AGON, MCH Trio, Gustav Brom Big Band), Pavel Zlámal (B-Side Band, Gone Hepsville, Next Phase, George Cremaschi & Pavel Zlámal), Petr Chlouba (Jablkoň, OPSO, Trijo, AGON). During the concert songs from the new CD will be played by all these musicians—and we’ve also prepared a musical surprise to celebrate the christening!
