„Praha Žije Hudbou“ is a street art festival. Its goal is to introduce street art to the general public in good light and to stimulate the street scene. Several hundred artists, including significant names of the Czech scene, perform on several dozen places throughout the city.

10 pm - GROOVE DOCK - JAZZ TO DANCE

From swing over bebop, hardbop, latin, fusion, acidjazz to contemporary club sound. Mixed and served exclusively from vinyl. This time with our resident DJ Mr. Ultrafino and also with amazing Richio Suzuki.

Mr. Ultrafino - Groove Dock resident, co-creator of Prague jazz/funk DJ scene, strictly vinyl player with more than two decades of musical experiences. His sets are built mainly on 60's and 70's funk, soul and jazz but they might be just as well spiced up with disco, hiphop, latin, reggae and rare obscurities from pretty much any musical genre.

Richio Suzuki has been on the UK jazz scene since the early days 33 years ago, sharing turntables with such names as Keb Darge, Gilles Peterson, Norman Jay or Carl Cox. Apart from being an accomplished DJ, Richio is also an experienced dancer, club promoter and respected vinyl collector. His releases on Mellow Mellow Right On or Hawaiian Bop labels can be found in record bags of most of Groove Dock DJs.
