Ondřej Pivec Organic Quartet

After 10 years since their first album was released, the Organic Quartet has returned to the studio and released a new album with an entirely new repertoire: Terms and Conditions Apply. The CD marks the 60th title of the label Animal Music. The Organic Quartet's band leader, Hammond organist, keyboardist and composer Ondrej Pivec lives in the USA celebrating a stellar career: he recently won a Grammy for Gregory Porter's album Take me to the alley. When Ondrej is not in New York or the Czech Republic, he is most likely on tour with Gregory Porter or his American band, Kennedy Administration. The band plays modern crossover of upbeat jazz fusion influenced by blues, soul as well as gospel and RNB. Each of the band's members studied and performed abroad and their jazz creation has been deeply influenced by that. In addition to that, the Organic Quartet excels in their improvisation skills with respect to the audience's mood - every concert is unique and there's a lot to look forward to.
