The “Night of the Female Vocalists 2024” festival presents the top female vocalists of the Czech and Slovak music scenes. Seven musical personalities will perform in one evening, where the listener will get to know both personal interpretations of original songs and world evergreens—jazz, blues, Latin and chanson, all in new compositions and arrangements, created exclusively for the “Night of the Female Vocalists 2024.” The patron of the festival is the well-known Czech singer Jana Koubková, in honor of the important role she played in founding “Vokalíza” – a regular meeting of jazz, blues and rock musicians that took place in Prague between 1981 and 2000. After the successful first edition in Prague, followed by Ostrava and Pilsen, the “Night of the Female Vocalists” festival returns to the Jazz Dock with a new crop of top singers: Yvonne Sanchez, Marta Marinová, Veronika Vítová, Zdenka Trvalcová, Gabriela Vermelho, Pavla Baráková and Petra Ernyei, who will all guide you through this unforgettable evening.

In the afternoon, there will be a singing workshop, led by singers Petra Ernyei and Mirka Novak, which will also result in a singing performance during the evening concert.
