Guitar player and songwriter, Jiří Šimek will launch his debut album, Electric Madness at Jazzdock. The album is being released by the progressive label Amplion. Šimek's clever and intriguing original compositions oscillate on the borders of jazz, funk, and fusion. The trio also offers a surprisingly artful adaptation of an original song borrowed from one of the biggest rock guitar names of the Czech music scene.
