Mikoo

Mikoo is a band based in Oslo. Four improvisers playing compositions influenced by nuances of intonation, sonorities of church music, using elements of group improvisation, layers and loops, including minimal songs with lyrics. Composed material by the drummer Michaela Antalová brings a common direction of certain expression, melody or harmony where musicians can behave as improvisers within the compositions. Mikoo is releasing their debut album in the spring 2019.
