Maranatha Gospel Choir

Maranatha Gospel Choir is a Prague based gospel choir which was founded in 2006 and has been active ever since.

With about 60 members the choir is one of the largest ones in the Czech Republic.

Songs by famous gospel artists such as Kirk Franklin, Israel Houghton, Deon Kipping, Brian Fentress, Claes Wegener are a part of the choir´s permanent repertoire. Jan Balek (keys), Ondřej Pomajsl (drums), Radim Genčev (bass guitar), Karel Bárta (guitar) are professional musicians accompanying the choir. When performing in clubs the group can be formed of just as few as 15 singers. In such environments gospel versions of songs by Michael Jackson, George Michel, Pharell Williams, Sister Sledge, India Arie, Annie Lenos are to be heard.

Admission - seats only - in the front part of the club 370 CZK, in the back 250 CZK (these tickets are temporarily sold under the name standing place). It is no longer necessary to reserve a seat when purchasing a seat ticket.

According to the order of the government of the Czech Republic, entry to the concert is limited by valid regulations. We ask each spectator to present a confirmation at the entrance to the club that he/she has been vaccinated, tested negatively (self-test is enough), or that he/she has already contracted Covid-19 in the last 180 days. Another possibility is to sign a solemn declaration at the entrance that he has such a confirmation. Thank you for your understanding!
