Luboš Soukup Quintet feat. David Dorůžka

The Luboš Soukup Quartet began in 2011 in Copenhagen. Jazz Dock presents the innovative saxophonist and composer Luboš Soukup accompanied by top Czech musicians, pianist Christian Pabst, bassist Tomáš Baroš and drummer Marek Urbánek. The band will be joined by renowned Czech guitarist David Dorůžka. In 2017, Soukup was nominated by Marilyn Mazur (percussionist of the Miles Davis band) for the prestigious “Talent of the Year” award from the Danish Music Society. To date the quartet has released three CD's: two of them—Through the Mirror (2013) and Země (2017)—were chosen in the Czech Radio Survey as The Best Jazz Album of the Year. The band will present compositions from the last album which is in the modern jazz style.

Admission - seats only - in the front part of the club 270 CZK, in the back 170 CZK (these tickets are temporarily sold under the name standing place). It is no longer necessary to reserve a seat when purchasing a seat ticket.
