Jeremy Chapman Trio

British flautist, Jeremy Chapman, has put together a new trio without drums with Czech jazz virtuosi, Libor Šmoldas on guitar and Tomáš Baroš on double bass. This might be one of the quietest jazz gigs you hear this year, but the intensity, deep improvisation and level of interaction between these three musicians more than makes up for the space left by an absent drummer. They will play a mixture of standards and original compositions, but there are no arrangements. You will see and hear music that approaches a state of pure improvisation.
