Jeremy Chapman Quartet (GB/CZ)

British saxophonist and flautist, Jeremy Chapman, presents material from his debut album From the Old.  Chapman was born in Egypt, grew up in Lebanon and moved to England at the age of 11. From 1997 to 2014, he was based between Lebanon and the UK and has performed throughout the Middle East and Europe. He moved to the Czech Republic in the summer of 2014 to teach music at the International School of Prague. Tonight, he performs with three of Prague’s most brilliant jazz musicians: Libor Šmoldas on guitar, Jakub Zomer on Hammond organ and Tomáš Hobzek on drums. They will be performing their original compositions as well as a few of the classic jazz standards.
