Jeremy Chapman Quartet (GB/CZ)

British saxophonist and flautist, Jeremy Chapman, presents material from his debut album: From The Old. Chapman was born in Egypt, he grew up in Beirut, Lebanon and moved to England at the age of 11. From 1997 to 2014, he was basedbetween Lebanon and the UK and has performed throughout the Middle East and Europe. He moved to the Czech Republic in the summer of 2014 to teach music at the International School of Prague. Tonight he performs with three of Prague’s most brilliant jazz musicians: Libor Smoldas on guitar, Josef Feco on double bass and Vaclav Palka on drums. The quartet will be playing a mixture of freshly-worked standards as well as original material.
