Kuhn Fu + Jungle Debris | Mladí ladí jazz 2020
We are sorry, this concert is canceled due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Kuhn Fu (NL)
The multicultural quartet, composed of German guitarist Christian Kuhn, Israeli bass clarinetist Ziv Taubenfeld, Turkish double bassist Esat Ekinciogl and British drummer Georg Hadow, will bring a jazz-rock whirlwind inspired by many musical styles. The combination of punk, noise, freejazz and large musical-improvisation experiments accompanied by the endless energy of the quartet will captivate the listener and provide a unique experience.
Jungle Debris (CZ)
Jungle Debris' music ranges from playful songs and drone minimalism through dissonant lyrics to free improvisations and energetic expressions. Their own compositions are connected with concepts of free improvisations, which are combined with an effort to go beyond the framework regulated by genre and instrument. Martin Debřička will perform on saxophones, Luan Gonçalves will provide double bass and bass, and Jakub Švejnar will play drums and percussion.
