Robocobra Quartet (IE)

Robocobra Quartet has a rule: “No Guitars Allowed”. Their unique sound, concocted and self-produced in Belfast, Northern Ireland, sees that “middle” space filled by other instruments such as saxophones, samplers, keyboards and sound effects swirling around the melodic basslines and powerful drum rhythms which prop up the core of each of their songs. On top of this music sits a single vocal from behind the drum kit amid a fury of rhythm, sometimes marrying perfectly with the pulse of the drums and occasionally at complete odds with it.

Dragon's Brew (CZ)

Dragon's Brew is an intergenerational band based in the Drak Theatre in Hradec Králové, founded in 2014 by father and son Jiří and Jiří Vyšohlíd. They surrounded themselves with great local musicians and decided to play a genre unusual in this region and time: jazz fusion. At first, they went back to the 70s and electric jazz rock. Lately, with exclusively original compositions, they have been moving towards modern fusion with ambient elements. Most recently, a synthesizer has been added to the band and the sound has become more electrified. In over eight years of playing, the band has released three albums and played in countless music clubs across the country. They have also enjoyed success at international festivals such as Jazzinec in Trutnov. Dragon's Brew offers a whopping portion of youthful and energetic improvisation. The main engine of the band is the simple and heartfelt joy of music.

Whole evening admission: under 26 - CZK 200, older than 26 - CZK 300. Seating one price: CZK 400. There is no need to reserve a seat when purchasing a seating ticket.
