Fraš & Wilkins Quintet (CZ/USA)

This international line-up of top Czech and American musicians has been playing together for ten years.  All members regularly teach at the Karel Velebný Summer Jazz Workshop in Frýdlant, at the Moravian College Summer Jazz Camp in Pennsylvania and at other workshops and masterclasses.  The quintet has toured several times around the Czech Republic, Europe and the United States. Their first CD release is Frýdlant Nights (2010) and they have several Czech radio recordings together as well. Predominantly they perform compositions by members of the group, very much in the contemporary jazz genre.
