Diego Guerrero

Diego Guerrero is an exceptional Spanish musician, singer, guitarist, and producer who has established himself as a leading figure in the fusion of flamenco with Ibero-American musical traditions. His second album, Por la Tangente, released in March 2023, was nominated for a Latin Grammy in the Best Flamenco Album category, just like his debut Vengo Caminando. In the Por la Tangente project, Guerrero pushes the boundaries of traditional flamenco by incorporating elements of Afro-Cuban rumba, timba, and jazz, creating a unique sonic universe. On stage, he is accompanied by outstanding Madrid-based musicians: José María Pedraza “Petaca” (piano), Rainer Pérez (bass guitar), and Nasrine Rahmani (percussion). Diego Guerrero’s concerts are musical journeys that appeal to both lovers of traditional flamenco and fans of musical experimentation.
