Concept Art Orchestra – Země stoletá

This renowned group of musicians will perform selections from their epic jazz suite for big band composed by six leading Czech jazz musicians to celebrate the country’s 100th anniversary in 2018.

The Concept Art Orchestra is a modern big band featuring some of the most prominent players on the Prague scene. With Štěpánka Balcarová acting as director and conductor, the band focuses on premiering mostly new works by the young Czech composers. It has a specific contemporary sound, coming from the tradition of Maria Schneider, Bob Brookmeyer or Ed Partyka.

Admission seating CZK 400, standing CZK 250. There is no need to reserve a seat when purchasing a seating ticket.
