Chuck Wansley & The Mother Funkers (USA/CZ)

New York native CHUCK WANSLEY began his professional career at 18 years as a singer/drummer traveling globally with an international youth group. He returned to the US after 4 years continuing as drummer & vocalist for many regional bands, eventually signing as a founding member of the electro-funk group Warp-9, first with Prism Records and then Motown. Under Motown's guidance they released two highly acclaimed electro-dance albums. Continuing his singing career in L.A., Chuck gained a stellar reputation as a dynamic artist bandmaster and singer of many musical styles. For his date at Jazz Dock Chuck will get down with his funky 10–piece band with music from Earth Wind & Fire, James Brown, Stevie Wonder and Prince.
