Chino Swingslide (ESP)

Chino is one of the main characters on the Barcelona Blues & Swing scene. His distinctive energetic style – closely connected with playing his resophonic slide guitar – makes him a unique and unmistakable artist on stage. In recent years, he has taken his art to venues and festivals in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland, England, Denmark, Estonia, Serbia, Russia, U.S.A, and Argentina—among others. In 2013, he was chosen together with his band Chino & The Big Bet to represent Spain in the European Blues Challenge, winning the second prize among groups from all over Europe. He has been the main organizer of the Swing and Jazz Manouche jam sessions at the Pipa Club for more than 10 years, and since 2005 he has hosted the weekly Blues Jam Session at the Harlem Jazz Club where artists from all over the world come to enjoy themselves on stage with local musicians. He is the co-founder and Head of Studies at the Barcelona Blues School and offers master classes and workshops around Europe.

Admission: seated 300 Kč, standing 200 Kč. It is no longer necessary to reserve a seat when purchasing a seat ticket.
