Aga Derlak Trio (PL)

The Aga Derlak Trio’s debut album “First Thought” was released by the Slovakian record label “Hevhetia.” The album received a stream of positive reviews from critics and journalists in Poland and abroad, which can be found in Polish, Slovakian and Czech jazz magazines and websites, as well as in the British Jazzwise magazine. In 2016, Aga was honored with a “Fryderyk,” the most important music award in Poland. The trio currently performs its own compositions and arrangements. An answer to the young generation’s perception of jazz, their music is undoubtedly marked by courage and insanity, but it does not lack lyricism.
