Graduation concert
As part of the celebration of the graduation of the Jaroslav Ježek College, you can listen to the following during the evening three graduates. Guitarist Kateřina Hošková will present her compositions for quartet, in which she will play pianist Jenda Pudlák, bassist Luan Gonçalves and drummer Petr Balhar. You can look forward to music by based on the traditional jazz repertoire, as well as modern compositions. Drummer Martin Kout will play a repertoire consisting of compositions by pianist Thelonious Monk and saxophonist Ornette Coleman. He will be accompanied by Václav Květoň (saxophone), Katya Hošková (guitar), Jiří Pokorný (piano) and Matěj Kolařík (bass). Patrik Šudák will sing his original compositions with Czech lyrics and a few jazz standards in a more modern arrangement. He will be accompanied by both graduates Kateřina Hošková (guitar) and Martin Kout (drums), who will be joined by Matěj Kolařík (bass) and Filip Baader (piano). An evening of music performed by young musicians awaits you, so come and join us to recharge your batteries and celebrate JAZZ! KJJ students are admitted free with their card.
